Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

How long for shipping?
Shipping dates will depend slightly on stock availability, stock will be delivered to you directly from our warehouses and some items may come from a different warehouse even if placed on the same order.
We aim to have products shipped to our customers as soon as possible, some items that are in stock are available on a next day delivery service if ordered before mid day. Some larger items can take a little longer and we quote 5 to 10 days for these.
Some of our products are made to order these are mainly sofas, or sofa beds. Please see the products information page for lead times on these items as they carry from 14 days to 5 weeks depending on the manufacturer or brand.
